Plan a responsible visit

Pet Policy

Pets may accompany your party in permitted outdoor areas, but they cannot participate in the canopy activity. Please arrange continuous supervision and follow every rule below.

Dog and animal policy

Keep every guest safe

Zipline New York welcomes visitors who plan to bring a pet to permitted outdoor areas. Because a canopy tour can take your party away from ground-level spaces, decide in advance who will supervise the animal for the entire visit.

  • Keep the pet on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.
  • A member of your party must stay with the pet at all times.
  • The pet must be friendly and under effective control.
  • Your party is responsible for promptly cleaning up after the pet.
  • Never leave the pet unattended in a vehicle.
  • Pets are not permitted inside buildings.
  • Pets are not permitted on lifts or zipline platforms.
